Accessible Recipes

The Cooking with Support Recipe Book is a co-created cookbook featuring accessible recipes and cooking tips for disabled people, developed through a workshop focused on cooking with support.

Culture Access - Building an Inclusive World

The Cooking With Support workshop, facilitated by Eleanor Lisney, brought together diverse contributors from various cultural backgrounds to share recipes and cooking tips, addressing challenges faced during Covid isolation.

The project received funding from the Royal Borough of Greenwich and involved three workshops.

Illustrations were provided by disabled artist, Deborah Caulfield.

The guide provides practical tips for accessible cooking, focusing on support for disabled individuals and efficient kitchen organisation.
